After Daxter explained to me that the do it safely was probably a reference to making tiny humanoids, or not, since doing it safely... ANyways, I laughed because I was waaaay too gay for that, the plane took off. After a flight that lasted about six hours too long we landed in the country of the dutch people. As Dax had told me it probably would, it was raining. Nice first impression country 10 out of 10. We took our bags and got trough customs without being killed, harmed or caught being demigods we got to the hallways full of people talking languages I'd never heard of. People were looking at me, or Beta, who was out of hiding now that we got trough customs. Things like 'Wow kijk dat meisje, dat litteken, is dat een wolf?' Whatever that means.

Dax' parents picked us up, he seemed glad to see them again so that's good. His father seemed really interested in Beta. Of course he was, I mean come on, Beta is awesome. I introduced myself the way I would at camp and they looked slightly confused. I told them I couldn't lie and they laughed, tried to get me to lie, and failed miserably. Of course they did, again. Long story short, we got there, ate some food, it was quite good. The next day we contacted my father, Brendon Verum. I was really really nervous, which could also be noticed by my increase in words per minute by about 30 to 50 more.

The time I'd meet my dad was finally there, I pressed the doorbell button and heard the ring inside. Footsteps followed. I balled up my fists and blew out some air. I saw a man trough the window, seemingly just as nervous as I was. He had brown eyes, red hair, yet his wasn't curly like mine. He had a friendly face and wore a t-shirt and jeans. He opened the door and smiled broadly, his eyes twinkled slightly. '... Alpha?" he asked, as if he didn't actually believe it was me. 'Yeah that's me, you're my dad right?...' I asked and Beta produced a slight ploinky noise. 'Come in.' He said and I walked inside, looking over my shoulder and I waved to Daxter and his parents as they headed back home.

We sat down in the living room, which had a frame of a little baby in it, some red hair sitting on her head awkwardly, the baby was me. Brendon noticed me staring at it. 'You were so small when I had to leave you...' He continued to tell his story, how his friend, the son of Apollo had had a dream telling him to leave me or bad things might happen, how he met my mother Alethia, what she was like and how happy he was when she told him she was pregnant, how they made plans to live together but how my mother couldn't stay due to her Goddess tasks.

And how happy my dad was when I got his letter. For me it takes some time to actually realize he's alive, when it finally dawns on me I stand up and give him a hug, which he returned. 'I missed you dad, I Always hoped you'd be alive... I knew you were alive, deep down.' He smiled and then it was my turn to tell my story.

I told him about the orphanage, how I knew something was up with me, I told him about me running away and how I met Beta, how I got my scars. While I was telling that part Beta was running around the room, probably chasing a fly or something. Then how I got to Camp Half Blood, my life there up to the moment we were right now. I left out some details because there really wasn't enough time for that. I did end up telling him about my slight crush on a fellow camper because I can't lie so that's nice.

He didn't mind me being gay but I didn't expect that either. After that we just spend a lot of time together, seeing places in The Netherlands, watching some films, I even learned some Dutch, I think. We met one monster but I took care of it with my *ahem ahem* amazing *ahem ahem* archery skills. The weeks flew by and I ended up with the dilemma of going back to camp or staying here until summer. After a long time of thinking I decided to stay in The Netherlands. I'd go to an English school here, and try to learn the language as well as I could.

((( OOC That kind of concludes the adventure for me, since you're not getting Dax' POV I think it concludes the entire adventure. Unless I can get Quack to tell me what happens on Dax' adventure but I highly doubt that.)))
