Isla is 5'5" and a taken seriously girl. She had long glossy black hair that reaches her hips in slight waves. People describe her hair as obsidian or ebony colored hair. Her electric sea green eyes look very intense against her black hair. Due to living in Maui most her life she has developed a nice bronze tan that gives you the impression that she has been surfing for a long time. She has a very soft facial structure and wishes she had more shadowed cheek bones like most girls. She doesn't think she looks very grown up and believes that her face makes her look like she is twelve. She also doesn't have a liking for her thick elegant eyebrows. She has many scars and bruises on her legs which makes her a tad insecure to wear shorts or a bathing suit around people. Even, on the hottest days she'll wear a pair of black denim jeans. Though a good thing about her is that she has a nice figure with nice curves.

Personality: Isla is a free-spirited childlike girl. She is very adventurous, due to being forced to be kept hidden her entire childhood at private school in order to keep from being discovered and discovering herself,. She shows elements of bravery and impulsivity when at the private school sneaked out during the night to surf. She had always have a bond to the ocean even before she found out who she was. Isla doesn't let anyone boss her around which shows she can be downright stubborn. Unlike most girls Isla has a tomboy act. She isn't afraid to get dirty and hates wearing girly things or girly colors. She likes more of dark colors to wear but the but the brightest color she will wear is green. Her fatal flaw is excessive self doubt. This came from the constant pressuring of her mother expecting much from Isla to be a 'proper lady.' She hates the idea of pressure and trying to please others.
History: Isla had absolutely no clue growing up that she was a demigod. Her mother kept her in a private school in Maui, Hawaii where she only kept to herself and learned the etiquette of a young lady amongst the company of the snootiest and most rotten people she'd ever know. Or at least tried. As her mother tried to groom her to be a proper girl, Isla was terrible at all of it. It wasn't even that she was trying to rebel, or would prefer being a tomboy, but she just never seemed to be able to handle the life of a manicured young woman. Every etiquette lesson bored her to tears and usually ended in her ADHD causing a ruckus. She was rubbish at every common skill they tried to teach her, like painting or sewing. The only solace she could find Was surfing She could have had it a lot worse in terms of danger. Of course her mother, as headmistress of her all-girls private school, ran background checks and kept a close eye on all the staff. Isla was never allowed within an inch of danger. And she kind of hated it. Though she grew used to the cushiness of safety, she yearned for something more. A man in a suit came to visit her mother. She talked it over with her daughter and told her it was time to start her life outside of Maui. Of course, Isla assumed it was another private school, but her mother, afraid that she couldn't protect her in her school anymore, was really sending her to the only place that could do her job. Isla was told to pack her belongings and be ready to head to begin a life where she will be taught how to go it on her own, in New York. Oh, and that her father is actually the God of the sea. Her mother met Poseidon at a luau on the beach of Kawaii. Poseidon spilled his drink on Caroline. Of course her mother being her mother was disgusted even though it was obviously on accident. But Poseidon's charms caught Caroline off guard and swept her off her feet. He made the stubborn woman actually crack a smile.
Weapons: The dagger is small and somewhat unassuming with it's plain wooden handle. It is made with imperial gold and in the handle is a carved in trident. Its disguise form is a golden bobby pin that Isla can easily pin in her hair but when she takes it out it turns into her trusty dagger.
Abilities: Hydrokinesis - Can have enhanced abilities when in water. - Live in water. -Control water to do virtually anything, as water is the most versatile element. -Have mastery over aquatic creatures. -Generate water. Geokinesis: -Creating fissures in the ground. -Ability to move the earth. -Making or causing earthquakes. -Manipulating the ground. Isla has trouble trying to figure out to use most of her powers. Using alot Of.power drains her energy or could possibly kill her. Manipulating these powers takes extreme concentration.
