My first practice: with Xavier (CLOSED)

I watched as James Summoned his weapons they were really great. But now it was my turn.

"Yeah that's great but watch this."

I said as I reached into my pocket. I pulled out the stamp and licked it. It grew heavy in my hand before transforming into my shield. I admired my shield for a few seconds and then proceeded to take out my box cutter. I slid the black clip up and it too grew heavy before transforming. When it did I ran my fingers along the lettering on the hilt. 'Adamantine.'

"Ready?"

I asked as I looked back at James.

I had to admire his weapons, they were totally awesome and it kind of frightened me to think i would be fighting him.

"As ready as ill ever be."
I said with a forced smile as to not show my fear.
"Good luck."
I said it more to myself than to him.

I took my first steps toward him and thrust my sword in a hard forward thrust but as I thrust forward I realized I should have kept a better grip on my sword for a harder and more efficient attack.

I stepped to the left and thought I was going to be chopped in half by Xaviers sword but at the last moment I tripped and stumbled about 3 inches. I couldn't believe I was still alive but then I realized that his sword had grazed my arm and left glancing but still somewhat deep cut.
"ow!" i yelped with a big smile on my face
"I'll get you for that."
With a wink of my left eye I lunged for him but before my sword struck him I jumped back and slammed my shield forward to try and knock him back and surprise him.

Xaviers sword swing caught me a bit off guard and I realized what he was doing to late. I tried to jump but his sword swept my legs out from under me and the next thing i knew i was on my back. I tried to get up but I was having a hard time and I rose up to slow but as I got up I had an idea.
"That was good Xavier but is it this good?"
I ran at him making my sword disappear and all I had was my shield which I put in a position that would make it hard to land a critical blow and ran for Xavier.
About two feet away i swiftly made my shield go back in to a ring (which would leave me defenseless) and made my sword appear out of thin air to surprise him (hopefully). i swung with a hard firs downward motion towards his left shoulder.
