Some Father I Got (Lucy)

Lucy laughed in relief. "Me! What about you, I wasn't attacked by some strange voodoo magic and knocked unconscious." Lucy breathed an nice long sigh and then said "but yes I am 'okay' I have attacked by weirdos an chained to trees before. Its nothing new" the way she said it was sweet and reassuring. Lucy thought back to the first time when she met the Gargareans,what a wirl wind that was. I mean talk about crazy.
Lucy was looking over Jonathan to see if he had any major injuries but he didn't seem to have any, and the ones that were the most important she had already taken care of them. Then something caught Lucy's eye. She then handed Jonathan some nectar and said "hey Jonathan when did you get a tattoo?"

Lucy grunted in frustration when Jonathan pushed her away. "Excuse me?" Lucy had been in the middle of rapping up his cuts when he pushes her.
"Am I dead yet?" Jonathan had asked.
"No but I'm starting to regret saving your life" Lucy said as she rubbed her arm when Jonathan had pushed her. It hadn't really hurt but it was just the mentality of it all.
Then Lucy became in incredibly confused with Artemis' and and Jonathan's conversation. Something about a mark and Bader getting half of it.
"Wait what mark?... you mean your tattoo? And would someone like to tell me why exactly that this is a bad thing." Lucy said full of sass. Lucy hated when she was out of the loop. Lucy was then approached by Artemis. Lucy wasn't surprised when Artemis gave Lucy the "don't sass me" look.
"Sorry, my lady" Lucy said bowing. She suddenly was changing her composure and showing a different side of herself. That hardly anyone saw. Shockingly Lucy could be respectful to others. Lucy and Artemis had a brief conversation. About Charlie and how the Hunters were taking to their stay camp. Artemis then told Lucy something that greatly worried her. And you could definitely tell Lucy was frightened, something you rarely ever see.
"Tell Sandra." Artemis said clearly "I must be going now though, some of the other Olympians and I have an important decision to make. Shhh, I never told you that though." Artemis said with a wink.
"Bye my lady" Lucy said as Artemis revealed her true form and disappeared. Lucy covered her eyes with her hand, so she wouldn't burn to ashes, literary.
Lucy then turned back to Jonathan with her usual demeanor towards boys. "So you going to tell me about what just happened or I'm a going to have to beat it out of you?" Lucy said a little irritated. She had practically fought off a ten headed hydra by herself, she was attacked by some psychotic tattoo obsessed man, and her patron goddess had just come and save her not so best friend's life and gave her some particulary scary information.

Lucy listened intently not speaking or doing anything really just listening. When Jonathan asked if she had anymore questions Lucy only had one thought.
"Ok so what does your mark do exactly? And what is with this ancient ritual, myth thingy." Lucy asked concerned for the well being of well herself and the other wondering if they would be affected in some way. Lucy stood waiting for Jonathan to answer her questions before saying deliberately.
"We need to get you to the infirmary. And Chiron and Mr. D need to know about how Bader got pass the barriers." Lucy said with meaning.

Lucy brushed off Jonathan's answer to her question about the mark and ritual. She was sure he didn't know everything about them. However she suspected he knew more that he was telling her.
"That's not what I meant." Lucy said bluntly when Jonathan remarked about how it was impossible to keep Bader out. "And don't ever say something is impossible, trust me you say something like that the impossible will become reality. As if the gods are making it possible just to smite you. And you may not like the outcome." Lucy said as she walked around and picked up her arrows and cleaned them. When Lucy picked up the final one and was inspecting it she explained "what I meant was how did Bader get that hydra pass the barrie? And why wasn't it attacking him as well? Because I can assure you nobody at camp is going to stack the woods here at Camp Half Blood with a ten headed hydra. You guys couldn't handle it." Lucy said quite bluntly. When Jonathan said that he would have to face Bader alone the next time she gave him the "you got to be kidding me" look. "Tell me your joking right? Oh my gods! You campers are so stupid. You guys think that you are fucking invincible. WELL YOUR NOT!" Lucy said getting upset. She turned around and started walking back to camp and straight to the big house. Not looking to see if Jonathan was following him. "You are being naive. You could hardly handle him with a goddess on your side. You really think you can take him yourself? No that's the answer. You need help, you need to tell Chiron." Lucy then turned around to face him whipping her hair. They were now closer to the tree line of camp and if Lucy squinted her eyes she could see the big house from where they were. "And if you won't... I will. For your own good. And you are in no position to stop me at the moment..." Lucy said looking at how tired Jonathan looked from his fight with Bader. She had healed his serious injuries but he still needed to head to the Infirmary.
"So, I ask you. What are you going to do?" Lucy said respectfully as she glanced at Camp Half Blood through the trees.

Lucy screamed in rage in Jonathan's face when he said she got in his way. She lunged at him and easily overpowering him pinned him against a tree. She the continued to yell in his face and "educate" him.
"I GOT IN YOUR WAY? I GOT IN YOUR WAY! Maybe since you were knocked out you had some brain damage, because I am sure I wasn't in your way. MAYBE YOU FORGET you killed a ten headed hydra when you were passed out drooling on the ground. MAYBE YOU FORGET who tended to your wounds before her own. BULLSHIT... YOU WERE NOT THE HERO HERE I WAS. I was the hero! I fought and killed a ten headed hydra myself! I was willing to sacrifice myself so you could have tried to escape! My patron goddess showed up to save your ass. And I tended to your wounds before anything else after! Shame on you... SHAME ON YOU! YOU ARE A DISGRACE, I DIDN'T HEAR AN OUNCE OF RESPECT OR A THANK YOU WHEN MY GODDESS AND I SAVED YOUR LIFE! THIS is exactly why us Huntresses HATE boys. Because you think you can do everything and you don't need our help. WELL FUCK YOU! You could hardly handle it with a goddess on your side." Lucy tossed him to the ground but not before grabbing his sword out of its sheath and pointing at him.
"THIS IS BIGGER THAN YOU... OR ME! I WAS WILLING TO SACRIFICE MYSELF. NOT FOR YOU, no I couldn't give to shits about you. BUT FOR EVERYONE ELSE, BECAUSE I MAY NOT KNOW ABOUT WHAT THIS RITUAL IS AND WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH YOUR MARK... BUT I DO KNOW THAT IT ISN'T GOING TO BE GOOD IF MAX BADER GETS HIS HANDS ON IT! You don't deserve that mark, that armor, or this sword. You are a disappoint ment to me, your father, Ashley, and you can bet your mother too!" Lucy took a deep breath and lowered his sword from his throat. "You need help or some sort of aid... I understand that you don't want anyone to get hurt for you, and that is admirable. But your aragonce and loyalty are your weakness and this is much much more bigger than just you." Lucy was calm now but she was also being cold as ice towards Jonathan "if you will not get aid from Chiron, you must get it from someone else... now understand this We Are Not Friends. However I am willing to try to get along with you and help you with your fight with Bader if you continue to refuse to ask Chiron for help. But with that said if you agreed you would have to respect and listen to me, I have a potential plan. And if you refuse to ask Chiron for help and refuse to let me help you, I will cut off your leg and run to the Big House were you will not be able to run after me. There I will tell Chiron of your predicament and he will decide the appropriate action. Also just incase you are thinking of fighting me, give up, we both know you are in no situation to fight me at the moment. And I am very pissed at you right now and I may not be able to hold the final blow, at least with you dead Bader wouldn't get the other half of the mark would he?" Lucy finished. She may have not looked ready to fight since she was in such a relaxed position, but Lucy was quick and lethal. Lucy also knew that Jonathan being a child of Ares knew that when you are relaxed you are the most deadly. And Lucy had that serious look on her face that said "don't try anything stupid, it wouldn't work well for you in the end" just to show she wasn't fooling around.

"Fine you tell Chiron, or fine you will listen to me?" Lucy said with her eyebrows raised. When Jonathan went on about how he didn't want anyone to get hurt Lucy just simply said shaking his hand. "You just need to understand that if you fight him alone and lose, which is a high probability, how many people will die in the end." Lucy was trying to get Jonathan to see her reasoning. And teach him an important lesson which was, in war there are always acceptable loses for a larger cause.
