POV: Belidonne "Belle" Deinque
Belidonne sighed, running a hand through her wavy hair. Pinning it up in a messy bun, the daughter of Aphrodite took her Prada clutch and snapped it open, taking out her decorative hair combs. Selecting a shiny, metallic dragon-shaped one, she placed it in her hair, satisfied with the nice contrast it provided with her auburn hair. Her slim fingers quickly reworked loose strands, and within seconds, she had a messily-chic look.
Stretching lazily, soaking up the sunshine, the demigoddess opened her clutch again, taking out a box of treats she had stolen from her friend Aaron from the Demeter cabin, complete with a silk green bow tied around the pristine white package. She snorted lightly and shook her head, smiling fondly. Stole. That guy is such a pushover with his friends...not that I can say anything. Belidonne thought ruefully. I know I'm shy enough already.
Bored and having not brought her swimsuit, the daughter of Aphrodite pulled out another item from her tiny clutch-how did she fit all of those things in her bag?-which turned out to be a knife, but blunt-tipped and with soft edges. Fantastic. Bored enough to attempt using the deadly weapon, she leaned back and scanned the shore. No people in sight, which meant no targets. Great. She took a deep breath, then threw the weapon randomly.
What. No way.
Her knife had somehow flown behind her and managed to near one of the only people in the vicinity. Or the only person. Hadn't she checked for people just seconds ago? Whatever. "Watch out, there's a Celestial Bronze weapon heading in your direction!" She yelled, trying to get them to move. Even if it were blunt-tipped, there was still room for injury. And yes, even with the soft edges and the non-deadly hilt and the...be quiet, brain.
