Personality: Violet gives off the intimidating feel because of the fact she always seems moody. But she is a great leader and very organized. She also tends to be very honest about her opinions and her actions, she feels that if its in the past she can't change it so may as well not worry about it. Violet hates worrying and being stressed so she tends to live her life without regrets. Violet loves to cross lines and create mischief. Her main flaw would be her loyalty not because she has to much (no I'm not like all you Percy wannabes) because she doesn't feel she has any, unless you do something to earn it. She has no problem using people for her own gain,and because of that people don't generally like her. However unlike most of her siblings she doesn't sleep all the time infact she usually doesn't sleep because she doesn't need to unless she like needs to recharge her body and she never likes sleeping long. She thinks you have plenty of time to sleep once youre in the underworld. Her hobbies include hypnosis and some other slight of hand magic.(that's not actually magic magic)
She also loves to read and she was a dancer so she continues to love dance. Violet is more of a person that likes to push her limits when it comes to her powers she practices and learns almost everyday. Violet generally likes people that share her interests but she is very competitive. She's a very spiritual person. Basically she's a rebel, that wants to push her limits.
History: Fiona Brooks met Hypnos in her dreams. She ended up falling in love with her mystery man before she even met him. Hypnos was drawn to her because of her kindness and spirituality. Not to mention she was a ring leader of a traveling circus and an accomplished hypnosis. So one day she was doing an act and one of the volunteers was Hypnos. Of course she wasn't able to hypnotize him but he pretended to be hypnotized for her anyway, and Fiona could tell he wasn't really hypnotized so she commanded him to kiss her to see if he would and he did. Later that night he came to see and and it was a delivery and disappeared afterwards. Violet was initially sad but in the dreams she had about Hypnos he would tell her that he would never truly leave her. And when Violet was born Hypnos appeared in Fiona's dream again to tell her about the gods and camp half blood.
Violet grew up not knowing who her father was and when she asked her mother Fiona would simply say "when your older" Violet didn't really like being in the dark and not knowing but she did have dreams where she saw somebody who she thought was her father. So she grew up dreaming because it comforted her. Being part of the traveling circus she would learn many things from the others and enjoyed being with them, but her constantly being surround by adults sort of forced her to mature faster. Which she has no problem with, she didn't like clowns since her 8th birthday anyway. She grew up bring home schooled by a professional tutor and enjoyed learning topics she and her mother deemed important. When she was fifteen though she was attacked by a new clown that joined the act. Knowing she was no longer safe her mom sent her to camp half blood along with the bearded lady they had. (apparently she was half goat) Once there she was introduced to the whole Greek gods thing at blah blah blah. That night when she was in the Hermes cabin though she had a dream with her mom and the man she thought was her father and they explained that she was a demigod daughter of Hypnos and that Violet had to stay at camp and stay safe and learn how to protect herself. When she had woke up she had a glowing sign over her head and tada she was claimed. She then went on a quest for her father to the underworld, and when she completed it he gave her her locket watch.
Weapons: she has a locket watch she wears around her neck she can use for hypnosis and if she throws it against a hard surface it turns into a bow staff with a clock at the top. The staff has the ability to give of slight compulsions and suggestions as if it was hpnotizing you, but it takes concentration and energy and usually doesn't last super long. It basically amplifies her powers in staff form.
She also has a small enchanted Sach pouch that hangs from her side. It magically fills with small things like powders that do different things, ribbons, tacks anything that is small and useful really. Its an all around bag of tricks and tools. But depending on what she summons it may need time to recharge.

-Can control dreams/nightmares/daydreams
-Can induce insomnia
-Can cause someone to become dreadfully tired all the time
-Can cause a subject to sleep forever

-They can astral project/dream travel
-Can travel safely to the underworld
