POV: Harlie Amour

Today was going to be the day, she could just feel it in her bones. She was going to be claimed. She was going to prove herself to both her father and to the other campers that she was worth noticing. Getting up out of bed, Harlie rushed to the bathroom before the Hermes kids could wake up. It was always a fight for the bathroom in this over crowded bathroom. Today she wasn't going for anything extravagant, not when the exercising could make things smear. Umm gross. She just took a clean shower, put her crazily colored hair up into a pony tail, and headed back out.

Now that she was clean so that she could get dirty, yeah she didn't think that one through. Harlie put on some armor, she wasn't as invincible as she always liked to think, and strapped a dagger to the side of her leg because her whip was temperamental. Now that everything was off her check list she made her way down to the roster ready to see what team she was on, and it looked like it was Gods vs Goddesses. She wasn't technically claimed but she knew her godly parent had to be a boy, so she figured she was on the God side. Great, going against the huntresses.

Not knowing what to do until everything started, Harlie just started stretching. It seemed like the right thing to do, even though she was the only one doing so. Yep, odd ball right over here!

Azima walked out of his cabin with his bronze staff at the ready. He hadn't found a convenient way to holster it yet, so he was stuck carrying it around until he did. He was a bit jittery, since this would be dreadfully close to real combat, at least compared to any other form of combat he's participated in so far. He lined up with the Goddesses' team.

As he did,he saw a girl with blue feathers on hear weapons, noticing that his staff lacked one, he tapped her shoulder. "Err excuse me." His African accent was still there. "But are those colors necessary for every weapon?"

I began to run. That's all. I didn't have a specific direction. I just kind of went wih the flow. I'm not going to lie it was pretty scary. Scary but fun. Every few feet a arrow would whiz past my head barely missing. I looked left and found a bush to hide behind. I quickly dove into the bush and waited for someone to pass by. When they did I would throw my shield at their legs to try and make them fall.

I ran as fast as I could,okay that might not be that fast but still,not really anywhere in piticuler but it didn't matter cause someone was in front of me,a blue feather on their staff,I attacked once to get ahead and then said"Sorry i need to get ahead."All kinds of things could've happen,but i didn't have a feather so he might not attack me is what I was thinking,but you never know.I saw Pierce and charged,I knew me and him would fight eventually,why not now?I striked and we both stopped,I had that grin I had when we first met,like a mad blacksmith.

I heard swordplay in the distance, so in spite of not being the lame camper who just sits around and waits for the Capture The Flag to be over I ran towards the commotion. I ran into a camper who was wearing a hood over her head and had blue feathers around her weapons.((Alyssa)). Thunder rumbled above, a strike of lightning came down, me trying to hit her with it.
