Pov: Pierce

I was sleeping in my cabin but woke up because I had heard shuffling around in my cabin. I looked up and noticed someone was leaving. Who was it? We had scares of Charlieholics lurking around camp and maybe this was one of them. I quickly got out of my bed and threw on my converse tennis shoes and jolted out of the door to look for them. I saw someone walking. As I saw them head toward the border I immediately thought that they were leaving to give Charlie information and bolted after them. They looked back and saw me but kept going. I ran a little bit faster and caught up to them.

"Gotchya!!!"

I yelled as I dove out to tackle them.

I didn't get a good look of who it was that I tackled. They got up and took out there sword. I grabbed my guitar pick out of my pocket and rubbed it with my thumb. It instantaneously turned into my shield. I was pre paring for a battle. But then I heard a voice and it sounded super familiar. I lowered my shield and walked towards person.

"Ashley? Is that you?"

I said. As the voice sounded very similar to that of my younger sister.

I rubbed the handle of my shield converting it back to its pick state. I looked at Ashley wiping herself off and followed suit disposing of the debris that littered my body.

"Well I heard you in the cabin and thought that you were a follower of Charlie or something. Sorry about tackling y-"

That's when I realized she was sneaking around at night. Maybe she was a follower of Charlie. I backed away a lityle and leaned on a tree.

"So what WERE you doing up sneaking around late at night."

I totally understood how she felt. But the problem is that halfblood a couldn't leave camp without permission from Chiron. Usually on quest and field trips. But Ashley had not left in forever shed been here for years. I haven't been here quite as long but did miss swing my grandmother and dad so I know how she felt.

"Listen Ashley you know you can't leave without permission. Chiron and Mr.D would be furious.... Well Chiron would be anyways. And it's totally not safe. You'd attract monsters instantly. "

I had to admit that the idea sounded pretty great in my head. But the more I thought about it the crazier it sounded. I then thought about how happy I would be if I saw my dad again. I nodded my head firmly as u made up my mind.

"Yeah. Sure lets do it. I can go ask Chiron and then start packi-"

That's when I realized that for demigods traveling in groups of two were very bad. We would need a third person to go with us if we wanted to be safe.

"But we would need to find another person. It's not safe to go with just you and me you know?"

OOC: (Yea Sure!) "I can ask my boyfriend," I said, "I will ask him tomorrow, we should get some sleep, and he won't be awake now. I think he has border patrol anyway." I smiled, I couldn't wait to see my dad. Pierce must be felling the same way. I walked back to the Aphrodite cabin and packed my bag. Then I got into bed and fell asleep almost automatically and I was so happy for the next day to come.
