Hair: medium black hair most of the time it's straightened
Eyes: left eye is yellow right eye is blue (generally keeps left eye covered)

Build: well built the through years of martial arts
Distinct features: piercing on lower right lip
kind of like my profile pic but without the cat ears and more human than anime (it was the best i could do that was close enough (human emos are ugly)

Personality: Dimitri is a quiet gentle person, but his bad side is certainly not where you want to be, he can get quiet violent when the right buttons are pushed, as long as you stay on his good side he will be your greatest friend and is always willing to help those who need it, generally shy at first and seems to always be afraid of something (only time will tell what this is) he has a pet cat named Minx and he loves his cat very much most of the time you can see the cat napping on his head or in the hood of his jumper
History:
Anna lived a normal life in america, as far as any one was concerned, her dad born in Russia who moved with her to live the "American dream" had just passed away. At the funeral she stood alone except for a man standing on a hill watching it, he walked down to Anna and silently stood under a nearby tree. Anna was the first to talk "have you lost people before" to which the man replied "many have passed on around me, but that is how the world must work, death is not the end it is merely the begining. know that the one you have lost is in a better place". after this they met at a coffee house every so often and got to know each other since meeting this man who she knew as nathan she began to feel better and eventually fell in love the two had a nice relationship and eventually fell pregnant, and so Dimitri was born. since a young age he was always fascinated with life and death and never showed any feelings towards those around him, at the age of 7 his step-father was in a hit and run on his way home from work , when Dimitri and his mother found out only his mother mourned the lose of her husband, Dimitri simply saw it as one life ending and a new one beginning, it didn't faze him since he saw the souls of the dead walking around his town in Rhode Island, at the Age of 10 Dimitri was frequently bullied in school after 3 years of ignoring the problem Dimitri had finally had enough and snapped, but just as he layed his hand's on the bully, the bully fell over cold to the bone, Dimitri ran from the scene not knowing what to do, he ran all the way home into his room and looked the door, but what greeted him was a peculiar sight (hope this next part is ok, i know that the gods aren't allowed to see their children (Thanatos isn't there he just left a present))on his bed lay a pristine black box, he walked to the box and opened it very hesitantly inside the box was a pitch black curved blade (the one from the picture), a pair of silken black gloves and and a map, there was a small X in the middle of a forest and a note attached the note read, "the gloves will keep you safe and the map will teach you what i can't tell you" (hope this is ok, I'm really not seeing another way to get Dimitri to camp half blood), keeping the blade and map hidden under his bed, Dimitri put the gloves on, years have passed and his mother had become ill and showed no signs of getting better she simply sat in the living room chair and did nothing, time was encroaching upon his 15th birthday the day that Dimitri had decided to see where the map would take him, he left a note on the dinning table saying "I'll be back when i become a better person, stay safe till then mum" he went upstairs (wow for a second i forgot how to spell stairs, lol), he grabbed his bag that he had packed the week before with food and water,grabbed his pet cat and grabbed the mysterious box with the curved sword and left. After taking some bus trips he arrived outside the forest walking inside he began to feel uneasy almost like someone was watching him he kept walking until he came across a bear (not a myth one just a plain old bear) backing away slowly the bear stirred as he stepped on a twig he ran away from the bear all the time getting closer to his destination until he passed through "the barrier" he was greeted with the strangest sight he had ever seen (hope this is better)
powers:
(each power gets progressively stronger but as such the more power the ability requires the more draining they become except his final ability which will have a different penalty)
1) (first ability has no draining effect as it is his weakest) Dimitri can channel dark energy into a small throwing knife that he carries on him (or any small object but he prefers his knife), giving him the ability to control the knife better (think of this as a somewhat telekinetic power but with the first requirement of having to infuse his energy into the object first
2) (second ability can be used many times depending on the power the opponents attack has) Dimitri can make a shield of dark energy which can easily shield him against minor attacks but the more powerful the attack the more it drains is stamina
3) (third ability is a passive ability the longer its agtive the more it drains him) Dimitri can infuse his energy into his katana which gives him the ability to project a wave of dark energy through slashing the weapon (think of getsuga tensu from bleach)
4) (final ability is over powered but requires the sacrifice of anothers life span or in some cases their whole life) this is Dimitri's "death touch" due to the extreme requirement of this ability Dimitri never wants to use this power even if he had no other choice, this is a last resort power
