POV: Maria Firelight
I was walking down to the Climbing Wall to test it out for a change and not sitting at CtF all the time. I made my way to the start of the the Wall and looked upon it. I knew why others were scared of the wall now, it was really huge with rocks and lave falling. I didn't bother looking for anyone else and jumped right in my decision to run at the wall. My feet caught a ledge and I wasn't a very good climber but I somehow made it up a few steps before getting pelted by a rock and pushed down. It wasn't a big gap but a hit the floor, I was clumsy.. really clumsy so it was no suprise to me when it happened. I pulled myself off of the ground and looked up the wall. I wasn't the one you would come to for making plans but I guess I needed one to get up. Your acting like an Athena child. My inner goddess taunted. I hated being called that, everyone thought I was smart but I wasn't it is just showed up at the wrong time, after I had rushed into something and failed then decided I needed a plan. I looked up at the wall to scale it do some math because if there was one thing I was good at, it was math, my ADHD was still in effect like always but numbers and symbols were clearer than words to me. My eyes darted to a ledge about 5 feet up big enough for a hand or foot to fit on. My eyes swerved up to another ledge about 6-7 feet from the ledge. I calculated that if I got on the ledge and within a 6.3 second time frame if I pushed off with my left foot form the wall and pushed back and up with my right on the edge, using the rocks I could pushed myself up. I went for it and pulled myself to the ledge. I was counting a bit to fast and I was half a second off. I reached my hands up and tryed to grab the ledge but failed. I guess even I can't make my luck good. I feel back down to the ground from 6 feet up/
