Entering the Poseidon cabin for the first time (CLOSED)

When I look up the guy I had fallen in front of is asking if I'm alright and trying to help me up. I almost was to embarrassed to reply and take his hand. after an awkward 5 second stare down with the guy I took his hand and managed to speak.
"uhm...I'm so sorry I just came to tell you hello and fell on my face." I wanted to change the subject as fast as I could so I said the first thing that popped into my head.
"Hi my name is James I'm the son of Poseidon."

I thought about it for a moment and realized that even though I had thought I was crazy and that all the information about Poseidon being my dad wasn't real I now realized this is were i belong, where I can fall on my face and not get made fun of. It was my new home and i plan to make as many friends as I can, so I looked at Fletch and said,
"Camp is my new home now and I love it"
I had one question though and I was a bit embarrassed to ask, but i asked because I felt I could trust him not to laugh at me.
"uhmm...Fletch, I suck at fighting...where can I practice?"

I thought about the question for a moment, Archery sounded cool but i felt like more of an up-close kind of fighter. "I'll use my sword my mom gave me from my dad." i smiled at that last bit about my dad...i had thought he was dead since i was twelve and it was good knowing he was alive and I cant believe it took me this long to realize it, I could tell Fletch was a good person and that i would love it here. " Yeah a sword is just fine." I said it with a slight smile on my face and a new found boost of confidence.

I looked at the new guy walking up to me with a big smile. "looks like I made two new friends today." I thought about training with this new person. "You know what I would love to go train with you. I'm James by the way, Son of Poseidon." I wasn't ashamed of my dad being Poseidon anymore...I was proud. I was going to like this new guy too because he seemed like someone who has a sense of humor and likes to have fun. 

I smiled at the two, glad that James and Xavier were meeting other campers and getting along with everyone so well. I wasn't usually one for fighting close combat, I was trying to get better, but I was definitely more of a long range fighter. I figured I'd leave them to their training and continue on to the Apollo cabin for some peaceful violin practice.
"Well, you two have fun," I said, a goofy smile played on my face. I turned to James to bid my fairwells. "Seeya, dude," I said. "I'd be careful of Xavier. He's got a pretty good throwing arm. If I didn't know better I'd guess he was a son of Apollo." I grinned down at the younger Hermes boy, remembering how neatly the sword had impaled the satyrs arm. I readjusted my clear violin case strap on my back and walked back to the Apollo cabin, a skip to my step as usual.
