Azima had been in Camp Half-Blood for months, as Hecate's cabin leader, he felt as though he had a little more thrust on him than other campers, but he also felt that things were going well. When he wasn't managing chores, or learning ancient Greek, Azima spent time in the raining arena, practicing his powers. He had one basic power of his under complete control, that being telekinesis. He used it primarily to manipulate his Celestial bronze tapered staff in combat. Though, with all of his training with his power, he could levitate himself for an extended amount of time, thirty minutes was his longest.
He could manipulate his staff in combat without tiring himself, which was what mattered. Next he had to work on other spells, but right then, he could be found in the training arena with his staff floating about him, hitting targets that weren't there, or practicing on a dummy. He practiced using the staff in his hands normally as well of course, but many campers surpassed Azima in martial prowess. It had been a while since Azima had sparred with someone, normally when they saw the floating staff, they lost interest. Not that Azima's unique fighting style was too challenging, it was just generally thought to be annoying to fight against. But, who knows, maybe Azima could find a sparring partner soon, he was a getting a little rusty...
