Arius meets Luke and they Recognise each other (CLOSED)

I was staring down at the blank paper underneath me. I had promised Morgan from the Demeter cabin that I would fill up a sketchbook by the end of the summer. Most of it passed by without a single pencil stroke on the neatly bound black book. There were so many things that went on the past year; I couldn't believe it had all happened during the course of two months. I was just glad that I could stay at Camp and continue working hard and figuring everything else out. Today I finally found the time of day where I could figure myself out. The problem was, I didn’t know where to start.
Just do it, it’s just drawing. I scrunched my face up.
That voice wasn’t mine. It was my satyr buddy, Leo Barkyl, who had grown a knack of contacting me through his empathy link. I took a deep breath and was about to press the graphite to the paper and let my mind wander, but a door knock interrupted my concentration. I looked towards the large white marble doors, wondering who it could be. Different faces appeared in my memory. It could be one of my friends asking if we can do something fun and stupid together, or maybe the young girl from the Poseidon cabin had a change of heart and wanted to talk. Whoever it was, they rescued me from my drawing so I could continue to procrastinate on that.
“Coming!” I called out as I made my way towards the large door.
I opened it and to my surprise I was face to face with someone I hadn’t seen at camp before. He had dark skin and short black hair that curled tightly over his head. A wave of déjà vu hit me. I squinted as I stared into his dark chocolate brown eyes. They looked so familiar but I couldn’t quite place my finger on it. Memories flooded me. Baby blue peeling walls and the crowded laughter of too many children in one room.
Could He possibly be….? There’s no way.
"Sorry but...do I.... know you?" I asked tentatively

My eyes widened, fireworks went off in my head and millions of memories and thoughts whirled through my ADHD mind that couldn't pick any one in specific. I managed to form sentences with my mouth, and my mind cleared up enough to let me speak properly.
"Holy Hellhounds, dude! Are you Arius?" I laughed gleefully.
I felt like a puppy on caffeine. This was crazy. Crazy old women that can kill someone with their knitting equipment? Maybe. Someone from the same Orphanage as me that also happened to be a demigod? No way.
I remembered him now, he was a couple of years older than me, so we didn't talk much. In fact, now that I think about it, I don't recall him talking to anyone much at all. He was usually quiet, stuffing his nose into a book whenever I saw him. That didn't matter much anymore, he could've been my best friend for all I cared. I began bouncing on the balls of my feet, something I did whenever I got excited and my hyperactivity kicked in. I was probably overwhelming the poor boy, but I had so many questions and not a large enough vocabulary to ask them all within the span of the day.
"Are you a demigod? That's insane! When did you leave the Orphanage? How's Sheila? Did she finally get enough money for her hip surgery? Were you ever adopted? Oh gods this is so surreal." I tried to tone it down with the questions as they rapid fired out of my mouth as if I was a turret on auto pilot.
((I hope I got Arius's character down in the Orphanage description, please tell me to change anything if I got it wrong! Also, Sheila Basler is mentioned in Luke's character page as the owner of the orphanage, so I hope it's okay if I add her in there.))

"Well, There was this one lady that came by to adopt someone, but she seemed kind of off to me, especially her weird Chihuahua, but she left as soon as I looked at her" I say as I step into the cabin. "So you're a son of Zeus, huh? He's like the king of the gods right?" I realize that you look kind of upset at the lack of kids adopted. "Hey, some of the kids were chosen to go to a foster home, Mostly like elementary school age kids though," I say trying to lighten his mood. I'm actually liking this kid, and that's unusual for me. "Hey, we're like cousins, right?" I say excitedly.

"Um, yeah, everything is cool." I thought for a moment then "Does Leslie 'like' you?!" I shouted. I was so surprised. I hadn't realized that actual teenage things go on at this magic camp.

I was walking to my cabin when I walked past the Zeus Cabin. I heard voices inside and not to eavesdrop but I heard my name come up. I stood at the door and listened. There was a slight relif-ish when Luke said 'moved on' and I wanted to cry. Ofcourse I hadn't moved on quite yet. Ofcourse I still had feelings for Luke. It hurt me so much that he didn't feel the same. I started to whimper and ran away to the only spot I knew fit to cry at, the place I had made my own, the forest. I had a little spot in the back where I would go and cry when I was sad and I had been doing a lot or crying lately. I wanted to turn back and rush in the door and slap Luke but I knew I couldn't.

"Oh, Sorry... Um, I think I'm going to go now. I'll see you later" As I opened the door, I decided to go hang out in the forest and think.
