Okay guys somebody needs to start a thread (mostly because I'm lazy, and it feels like such a long time I don't even know how to start) sure call me dramatic

You could always add to your character's personality, people grow and change over time so it's completely acceptable to assume that your characters have developed and changed. If you want you can edit some of them and we can take a look over your edits (although we're sure whatever you edit in will be fine, you don't have to wait for us to green-light anything for you)

One really good way to make your character more interesting and give them more drive for things that I see a lot of people suggest is to give them specific motivations. What are your character's goals? What do they want out of life? What are they lacking of that they are searching for?

You can always look through a list of personality traits and see how many interesting ways they could apply to your character.

The Links and Tricks board might also be of some use, it's got some information like the 12 common archetypes (you can see how your characters fit into any of these if they do, or maybe you feel inspired to use some of the traits from a certain archetype into your characters)
