Appearance: The pic. above. (Her playby is Vanessa Hudgens) She has dark, longish brown hair and amber eyes. She is about 5'6 and is very built, yet slim. She normally wears her Camp T-shirt with shorts and her black combat boots.

Personality: She is normally very playful and cheery, often having a bright personality. Like all children of Apollo, she loves art, music, sports, archery, and who could forget poetry?! She can often think of poems off the top of her head, not all of them are winners, but hey, they're entertaining. When she went to school, she was involved in theatre, choir, and sports. However, like all people she does have her downsides. For example, she is honestly the most stubborn and strong-willed person you'll meet. And she often challenges authority with her visions on what she believes is "right", causing her many troubles with teachers and sometimes even her mom. Another one of her many characteristics is her mischievious nature. Although she tries her best to a good person, all people need to cause a little chaos every now and then right? She often got in trouble in school for talking, singing, doodling, and basically doing anything but listening to the teacher. But, if you can look past the stubborn and hard-headedness, you'll actually find a very open-minded person. As far as her fears and fatal flaw, she has a very serious case of Archnophobia. Like all phobias, this is an irrational fear and there is no "real" reason for her fear. (she hasn't had a life-altering experience that caused her fear of spiders). Her fatal flaw however, is her need to always do what's "right". Now, what she envisions is right doesn't always correlate with what others envision as "right". For example, she would endanger her own life for the sake of a total stranger's, even if the whole world was depending on her survival. She loves Camp Half-Blood and considers it her home and Cabin 7 her family. She also loves her mom to death, however she often gets frustrated with her mother's constant worrying for her. However, she knows that being the mom of a demigod probably isn't easy, afterall, Kyra has been in plenty of life-or-death situations. More than she can count. As far as her realtionship with her dad, it's well... complicated. She understands why he had to leave her and her mother, but that still doesn't make the pain and feeling of abandonment completely go away. Despite feeling totally abandoned at times, she knows he does love her and she hopes to one day meet him again, in person.
History: Her mother, Victoria, was a famous singer, who was well-known. She and Apollo met at a party for all the newest and hottest singers when Victoria's music career was just taking off. They fell in love and soon Kyra followed. However, after Apollo left and returned to Olympus, Victoria was heart-broken. Her music career suffered, and after loosing her big name title, she and Kyra moved from their luxurious home in L.A. to Austin, Texas. A few years later, Kyra turned 12 and everything took a turn for the worst. To start, she got expelled from two schools, one being because she accidentally set the science room on fire. Another was the strange things that always seemed to happen when she was around, for example, she had one teacher that particularly didn't like her and even tried to eat her. (Don't ask) Also, she often walked home from school, and this made her extremely vulnerable to monsters. She often arrived home completely out of breath from running and terrified. When her mother asked what was wrong, Kyra explained that monsters were chasing her. Her mother at first believed it to be nothing more than her daughter's vivid imagination. However, this stopped once Kyra started coming home with scratches and bruises. Angry, Victoria demanded that Kyra tell her the truth, believing that her daughter was getting bullied. Kyra pleaded her mother to believe her, but Victoria refused and made the decision to now pick Kyra up from school. A week or so after now picking Kyra up from school, a cyclops attacked the car when it was pulling up into their driveway. Victoria, sensing something was wrong despite her not being able to see through the mist, recalled something Apollo had told her long ago. He had said that Kyra was not like other normal children and to send her to an address (Camp Half-Blood) when she turned about 12 or 13. Now, Kyra has been living at Camp Half-blood happily for the past 3 years. She still visits her mother on Christmas though. She loves going on quests and is almost dying to be in a prophecy, despite what others say about them. You'll normally find her either at the archery range or exploring parts of the forest.
Weapons: Chrysos, and basically anything nearby (rocks are the secondary weapon of her choice)
"Special" weapon(s): Chrysos, meaning gold, is Kyra's main choice of weaponry (besides rocks of course). Chrysos mainly takes the form of a golden necklace, and can change shape into a bow, or sometimes even a spear in a bright flash of sunlight. It was given to her by her father when she was a kid, however she just now figured out its abilities.
Abilities: Skilled in archery, good singing voice, can think of poems and rhymes fairly quickly, Photokinesis, and involuntary precognition
