POV Salia Anderson
I woke up in my bunk bed, I had been here for some time now. No regrets for joining Charlie, yet. I swung my legs over the edge of the bed and leaped out. I dressed up in my ice blue t-shirt and stone washed shorts. I put on regular blue converse shoes. I picked up my cloak and swung it over my shoulders, closing the snowflake-shaped hooks that stopped it from sliding down my back all the time. I picked up my bracelet and slid it on my left wrist. I checked if I hadn't lost my dagger. I could just leave it here right? Mhh, better save than sorry.
I decided to leave it in the lining of my cloak and headed out, putting my hair in a ponytail while walking. My hair had this way of being frozen so it made soft cracking noises when I did that. My hair is weird like that, it doesn't break but it has icy looks. I do like it. I walked down the hallway and headed outside.
I took a deep breath in, letting the cool morning air fill my lungs. It was going to be a good day today. Now where would you go to practice here? I took a turn right and saw an open field with some things I could use as targets. Upon arriving there I saw they were targets.
I made a half turn, my cloak swinging around me. Facing the target I was going to throw stuff at. I stretched out my arms and moved my fingers around. 'Let's do this.'
I imagined the snow coming from the tips of my fingers and it forming a snowstorm. The tugging feeling told me that I was actually seeing the snowstorm. Not just imagining it. I lifted my arms up higher and grew a bigger storm. I pushed my hands together and formed one big snowflake. In one movement I pushed outwards and send the snowflake flying to one of the targets. It hit the side and shattered into tiny pieces. 'Awh come on...' I remembered what Khione had said. Do not try to use your powers too much, the more you do the more snow will be stored in your reach. The more snow, the more force. You must limit your practice and fight with a dagger, use snow as back-up. Snowstorms can and will grow uncontrollable Salia.
Yeah, screw that, I can do this. I formed a long stick of ice and aimed for the bullseye. I threw it with a lot of force, imagining it impaling the bullseye. As it flew towards the target I kept on focusing it to get where I wanted it,and watched it impale the target. On the spot where I had wanted it to go. 'Awh yeah!' I was ready to make a snowstorm and blow over something when I heard something. I had my storm ready, and turned around to see somebody walking towards me. I made a fist and the storm disappeared.
'Hey, good morning.' I waved to the person, greeting him or her.
